Established in 1891, Sumner, Washington is a small town of about 8,600 residents, located in Pierce County, approximately 30 miles south of Seattle and 15 miles east of Tacoma. Sumner is known for its quaint storefronts downtown and neo-classic homes. It is a town laden with great parks, a trail system, and a Sounder Train station (shown to right). Schools
